The Bridge welcomes volunteers in a variety if roles, including activities that directly support our employees, leadership positions, and client services. We believe in creating opportunities for the community to participate in, offer feedback and endorse our work. Associate Board

Looking for young professionals (in their 20s and 30s) who will aid in the success of The Bridge through community outreach, fundraising, and increase awareness about our programs. The Associate Board aims to be a multidisciplinary team of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and talents committed to developing the young professionals in our community.

Executive Board

The Bridge is actively looking for Board members for our Executive Board. We are a historic community organization serving Palatine, IL, and surrounding communities. If you are passionate about the mental health and wellness of children, adolescents and families, The Bridge is the perfect space for you to engage with other like-minded individuals dedicated to therapeutic interventions at the individual, family, and community level.

Mentoring

Direct impact on youth. Meet weekly with a youth you are paired with. Build social and life skills that will help your mentee succeed in the future. Help provide a vital human connection and support for a youth in need of a mentor in their life.
