The Bridge facilitates many free 8 week therapy groups for elementary, middle, and high school students in our community. We aim to build relationships, connections, self-esteem, and more by interacting with facilitating psychoeducation in an age-appropriate group setting.

Join us for our bilingual parent seminar presentation that will teach parents how to identify and manage stress and other mental health issues that may occur during the holiday season.
