Mentoring

The Bridge Mentor Program is a core part of our mission, dedicated to offering local opportunity youth the essential human connection and support they need to build problem-solving, communication, and critical life skills. Our objectives include enhancing school attendance and performance, fostering stronger social, personal, and life skills, improving relationships with peers and family, and reducing the risk of criminal activity and substance use.

Bridge Buddies

In collaboration with D15, The Bridge aims to enhance educational outcomes by offering support to elementary students during the school day. This program targets students who struggle with focus in class, have difficulties making friends, or require additional emotional support. Each student will be paired with a mentor who will visit them during the lunch hour. To assist with planning our team will provide activity kits, if desired.

Beyond The Bridge

The Bridge mentor Program is a prevention program for children aged 11-17. Our program pairs adult mentors one-on-one with youth who need an extra caring adult in their lives for additional support and guidance.
