The Bridge provides comprehensive counseling and therapy services, specializing in depression and anxiety in children. We use Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as our agency model for youth between ages 0-21 and their families. Treatment varies in frequency and duration pending individual needs.

Our agency model includes Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. This model is an evidence-based treatment method aimed at helping children and adolescents, as well as their parents or caregivers, address the challenges stemming from traumatic experiences such as abuse or neglect. The therapy teaches coping strategies to process the thoughts and emotions linked to the trauma, with a particular emphasis on managing symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

ABA, or Applied Behavior Analysis, is an evidence-based practice designed to support individuals with Autism in developing positive behaviors, social skills, and greater independence.

Our ABA services focus on improving communication and language, building daily living skills, and enhancing behavioral and emotional regulation.

Aba therapy is available for school-aged individuals with Autism or other developmental delays.

We offer ABA therapy, parent education, and school consultations to provide comprehensive support for each child and family.
