Trevor Schmit is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavioral Therapist specializing in supporting children and adolescents with autism. He uses Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help youth develop skills, build confidence, and work toward their individual goals in a supportive environment. Trevor provides services in English.

Alex TapiaBilingual Child & Family Therapist
Alex is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree who specializes in supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, trauma, depression, family therapy, ADHD, and Disruptive Mood Dysregulation. She uses a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Play Therapy, CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, attachment-based, solution-focused, and parts work. Alex provides services in both English and Spanish.

Adriana CastroBilingual Child & Family Therapist
Adriana Castro is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who specializes in supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, trauma, and depression. Adriana uses a variety of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. She provides services in both English and Spanish.

Michelle CatronFamily Stabilization Counselor
Michelle holds a Master’s in Social Work and a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology. She has experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her areas of expertise include trauma, anxiety, depression, crisis intervention, and supporting individuals and families navigating the foster care and child welfare systems. Michelle uses person-centered, strengths-based, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches. She strives to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to create meaningful change.
